• From Bradley International Airport
Airport Code BDL in Windsor Locks, info at http://www.bradleyairport.com
Take Route 20 East to I-91 South.
Take I-91 South to I-84 East in Hartford (left exit)
Take I-84 East to Exit 58 (Roberts Street), turn right at exit ramp light, continue straight through
traffic light (crossing Silver Lane) and take the right lane. Immediately bear right onto Airport
Avenue. Proceed through one traffic light. Customer Training Center is the next building on the
left, marked with a large Pratt & Whitney logo near the entrance.
• Traveling I-84 Eastbound
Take Exit 58 (Roberts Street), turn right at exit ramp light, continue straight through traffic light
(crossing Silver Lane) and take the right lane. Immediately bear right onto Airport Avenue.
Proceed through one traffic light. Customer Training Center is the next building on the left, marked
with a large Pratt & Whitney logo near the entrance.
• Traveling I-84 Westbound
Take Exit 58 (Roberts Street), turn left at traffic light, cross over I-84, proceed straight through two
traffic lights, remaining in the right lane. Once through the second traffic light (Silver Lane)
immediately bear right onto airport road. Proceed through one traffic light. Customer Training
Center is the next building on the left, marked with a large Pratt & Whitney logo near the entrance.
• Traveling Route 2 Eastbound
Take Exit 5 (Willow Street), bearing left to follow the road under Route 2. At the traffic light (Main
Street) continue straight across, remaining on Willow Street. At the traffic light, turn left onto Airport
Rd. The Customer Training Center is the second building on the right, marked with a large Pratt &
Whitney logo near the entrance.
• Traveling Route 2 Westbound
Take Exit 5A (Main Street), proceed North on Main Street through six traffic lights. At the sixth light
(Willow Street) turn right. At the traffic light, turn left onto Airport Rd. The Customer Training
Center is the second building on the right, marked with a large Pratt & Whitney logo near the
entrance.
On the First Day of Class
• Please report to the lobby at the Customer Training Center.
• You will need to have your company identification/badge with you.
• The instructor will conduct a short orientation prior to the start of training.
Shop Area
• Footwear Policy – the maximum shoe heel height allowed, including the sole, is 2-1/2” with a
minimum of 1.5 square inch heel contact area. Shoes must have substantial soles (no moccasins,
sneakers, open back and/or open front shoes are allowed).
• Safety glasses are provided to students.

message and have it for you in the Lobby.
