    PAT HADEN assumed the athletic directorship at the University of Southern California
    on August 3, 2010. Mr. Haden oversees 19 men’s and women’s teams and the
    $74 million budget that make up the nation’s most tradition-rich athletic program. He
    also holds a joint faculty appointment in the USC Marshall School of Business and USC
    Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.

    Mr. Haden is a Rhodes Scholar quarterback who played on two national championship
    teams at USC and a Super Bowl squad with the Los Angeles Rams before becoming a
    successful businessman and football broadcaster. From 1987 to 2010, Mr. Haden was a
    partner and managing director of Riordan, Lewis & Haden, a Los Angeles private
    equity firm that invests in high-growth middle market companies. From 1982 to 1987,
    Mr. Haden was an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Lillick, McHose & Charles. He
    served on USC’s Board of Trustees from 1991 to 2010 and chaired the board’s
    Academic Affairs and Student Affairs committees.

    Mr. Haden has served on numerous corporate and non-profit boards, including
    Systems Management Specialists, Data Processing Resources Corporation, Adohr
    Farms, Tetra Tech, The Apothecary Shops, Rose Hills Foundation, Fletcher Jones
    Foundation, Good Samaritan Hospital, Boys Town of Southern California, Multiple
    Sclerosis Society of Los Angeles and Crippled Children’s Society of Los Angeles. He
    formerly chaired the March of Dimes Reading Olympics in Los Angeles and the Boys
    Life National Illiteracy Campaign.

    Mr. Haden graduated from USC magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1975 with a
    bachelor’s degree in English and was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford
    University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, politics and
    economics in 1978. He received a law degree from Loyola Law School in 1982.

    He was inducted into the USC Athletic Hall of Fame in 2003, the Rose Bowl Hall of
    Fame in 1995, the National High School Hall of Fame in 1995 and the Academic
    All-American Hall of Fame in the 1988 inaugural class. He received an NCAA Silver
    Anniversary Award in 2000.

     cheese reception, and a copy of the Forum Syllabus (a volume of outlines, articles, forms,
     essays, briefs and other topical materials prepared by our speakers) on CD-ROM.

     Early registration is encouraged as space is limited. Separate registration is required for the
     bonus breakfast session – register online or using the inside back cover of this brochure.
     Registration for the bonus breakfast session is at no additional charge.

     Refunds (less a $100 processing fee, $25 for students) will be made in response to written
     requests postmarked, faxed or emailed to us on or before February 18, 2011. All refund
     requests must be accompanied by the registrant’s Social Security number or the firm’s
     Federal Tax Identification number for accounting purposes.

     All refunds will be processed following the USC Law Real Estate Law and Business Forum.
