Please include size of camper, motor home or trailer. NOTE: If you
have a group that wants to camp together, please make that request as a
single reservation and include fees, names, number of spaces needed and
size of camper, motor home or trailer. This is important for
exhibitors with helpers who need camping spaces (Please make the
reservations in exhibitor's name but include helper's names.) Next year
same camping spaces will be offered FIRST to this year's campers.
All exhibitors must pay camping fees with exhibitor's fees. Exhibitors

have first choice in the new RV Camping area. Fees must be paid with
exhibitor fees or we cannot hold your space.
Requests for space reservations must be received no later than August 1
by exhibitors. All other space reservations due by September 1. Fees
must accompany requests.
ALL OTHER CAMPERS WILL BE ASSIGNED SPACE WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT SHOW.
