              Action Items /Add putting important excerpts from the Animal Control
              Ordinance on the water bill and putting approved ordinances on the web
              until they are codified
              Special Event-USMC Toys for Tots 5K Run/Walk September 8, 2007 6am to 11am
              Approved
              Special Event-Beach Soccer Classic August 25th & 26th between 3rd & Center St.
              Approved 6 parking passes/Approved distribution of non alcoholic drinks
              for refreshment as long as advertising is limited/ Approved 1 tent for
              registration and 1 tent to be utilized as a cool down tent.
              DOT Revised List of Roadways/ Approved with notification that we may
              request changes as needed.

              Amended Resolution for Ad Hoc Public Safety Committee-Approved amendment
              for 12 months; accepted the resignation of Lou Off; appointed new
              members-- Bill Cannon, Charles Burel and Pat Locklear
              Status of Marine Rescue Squadron Fence/Mr. Hughes will draft an agreement
              for the next council meeting
              New City Flag/Move forward with getting a sample flag constructed and a
              resolution to be adopted at the 2nd meeting in August
              Mayor's Update-Announced a day long Senate Committee Meeting at City
              Hall on September 21st to discuss renourishment.

             Schleicher, Joe Wilson, 1 Public Safety Chief and Hillary from the YMCA as
             staff support. Requested City Manager to get correspondence out to the
             groups.
