That on or about the dates set forth below, in the District of South Carolina, the Defendant, ELAINE C. CRUMP, in a matter within the jurisdiction ofthe Executive Branch of the Government of the United States, did knowingly and willfully aid and abet the falsification and concealment, and did cover up by means of trick, scheme and device a material fact, and she did cause to be made and used false writings and documents knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statement and entry, to wit: she instructed employees of the Human Resource Department to use previously signed immigration Employment Eligibility Verification Form 1-9s, indicating that a specific employee, whose identity is known to the Grand Jury, had witnessed the required documentation and completion of the Form 1-9s by applicants, when, in fact, as ELAINE C. CRUMP then well knew, that specific employee had not witnessed the Form 1-9s completion as she was no longer employed there:

complex manager, each by and through their employment by COLUMBIA FARMS, did knowingly hire and cause to be hired unauthorized aliens for purposes of employment: In violation of Title 8, United States Code, Section 1324a(a)(l )(A), and Title 18, United States Code, Section 2.
