A Lively Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch at Town Restaurant (24 April 2011)
Gather your loved ones on Easter Sunday and bask in the myriad of gastronomic
pleasures at the vibrant Town Restaurant—legendary for its Sunday Champagne
Brunch—amidst a live repertoire of jazz and pop favourites. Enjoy a sumptuous
Easter-themed spread of gourmet appetisers, a la minute eggs and foie gras, juicy
roasts, fresh crustacean such as oysters, lobsters and prawns, delightful desserts
and an extensive selection of cheeses by master cheese makers accompanied by

Prepared by our award-winning culinary team, highlights include Mascarpone
Potato Soup, Petit Scottish Egg with Caramel Spanish Onion, Roasted Lamb
Loin with Ratatouille and Arugula Salad, Smoked Turkey Roll with Sweet
Pineapple, and Seared Salmon Loin with Strawberry Compote. Let our chefs
tempt you at the ‘live’ carving station with the succulent Roasted Prime Ribs with
Porcini Jus, Roasted Pork Belly, Honey Baked Champagne Ham with Fig and
Walnut Croutons, as well as traditional English Yorkshire Pudding. Truffled
Eggs Benedict, Morel Mushroom and Fine Herb Risotto, and Grape Compote
with Foie Gras will be prepared a la minute and served piping hot.

Round up the perfectly satisfying meal with delicious chocolate and egg-themed
desserts. These include Hot Cross Buns, Chelsea Buns, Carrot Cake, Berries
Fruit Trifle, Pompadour Tart, Almond Caramelised Summer Snow Egg with
Anglaise, Bunny Chocolate Fudge Cake, Frangelico Hot Chocolate Soup, and
Marble Crème Brûlée. Little ones will be delighted with the variety of Chocolate
Eggs, the milk, dark and white Chocolate Bunnies, the Bunny Chocolate Fudge
Cake and Pecan Nut Chocolate Brownies.

Children can also look forward to a gamut of fun and games at the Children’s Corner,

A Leisurely Easter Sunday Brunch at The Lighthouse (24 April 2011)
Unwind with a leisurely five-course brunch while enjoying views of the picturesque
city skyline and the Marina Bay at The Lighthouse, located on level 8 of The
Fullerton Hotel Singapore. Hailing from Modena, Italy, Chef Diego Martinelli
presents a stylish selection of antipasti and authentic Italian dishes with a
