R. Bruce Wallace, Senior Vice President, Head of ING Strategic Distribution

As the new channel head of ING Strategic Distribution channel, Bruce is poised to take
ING Strategic Distribution to the next level by expanding the number of successful
producers and Managing Directors while keeping the channel focused on areas that
produce results. Bruce comes from Nationwide Financial Network (NFN), where he was
responsible for sales in the Eastern region. Prior to NFN, Bruce built two successful
career company general agencies. Over the past 17 years, he's earned numerous
achievements and awards. He has strong depth in both life insurance and annuities and
extensive experience in successful distribution channel management.

Bruce holds his FINRA Series 7, 24, 66 and 63 licenses.
Bill Chatham, VP ING Strategic Distribution - West,

Bill has 38 years experience in the insurance/financial services business. Upon graduating
from the University of Texas at Austin, he began his business career with Southland Life
Insurance Company, Dallas, Texas where he spent 20 years in a variety of management
positions within Human Resources, New Business and Sales and Marketing. Bill joined
Equitable Life of Iowa, Des Moines, Iowa in January 1993 as Vice President of
Marketing. Over the next four years he served in several different capacities within the
Equitable/USG marketing operation and in 1997, became Vice President of Equitable

One of the veterans of ING Strategic Distribution, Bill’s focus is now the South and West
parts of the country where he continues to lend his experience and sales support to the
Managing Directors and producers.

Andy Olson, CLU, ChFC, LUTCF – VP, ING Strategic Distribution - Midwest

Andy brings with him over 20 years of sales experience within the life insurance
industry. He spent 13 of those years in personal production with two local Minneapolis
companies. With one of these companies, Andy qualified three times for their elite
Business Conference that recognizes their top agents. In 2000, Andy made the transition
from personal production to the life insurance wholesaling arena where he quickly had a
positive impact. In recognition of his efforts he was named Director for the ING
Strategic Distribution internal wholesaling force. In 2009 he took on the SVP position
for the Northeast region. His focus is now on the North & South East and Midwest parts
of the country where he continues to lend his experience and sales support to the
Managing Directors and producers.

Brian G. Ferguson, CLU, ChFC – VP – ING Strategic Distribution – Southeast

Brian comes from New York Life as a Managing Partner where he was responsible for
sales management of a general office of 110 agents. Brian has a lot of experience and
background in financial product sales with focus on recruiting agents and agency
development. He also has an international business background and is fluent in French.
Charlie Gipple, CLU, ChFC – VP, ING Strategic Distribution - Northeast

Charlie has been with ING since 2004 selling fixed annuity products as a Regional Vice
President. During that time he received an award for being the #1 Regional Vice
Presidents accomplishing over $600 million in sales in 2006. He later became Vice
President, National Business Development Manager for ING Variable Annuities before
later joining ING Strategic Distribution as a Vice President for the Northeast region of
the country. Although Charlie is new to ING Strategic Distribution, his annuity and
broker dealer background has already become a huge asset to the channel.

All of our Life Wholesalers are seasoned veterans who will help you maximize your sales
potential on a one-to-one basis. With extensive experience in the business including sales
backgrounds, all have a solid understanding of complex case design. They also provide
software and website training, educational web casts and product information.

Brian W. Mueller, LUTCF
Life Wholesaler Team Lead
South Central and South East Territories

Brian brings with him thirteen years of financial services experience. He spent six years
as a field representative selling multiple product lines including life insurance, annuities,
mutual funds, disability and long-term care. At one point he acted as Agency Director
overseeing new agents in the field. Brian came to ING in 2003 as a member of the Life
Sales Desk Team and was quickly promoted to a life insurance internal wholesaler
position with ING Strategic Distribution.
Jonathan Joseph Louwagie, LUTCF
Senior Life Wholesaler
(Midwest/West Territory)

Prior to ING, Jon Louwagie spent 10 years with a multi-line insurance company. The vast
majority of his time there was spent in personal production. His business focus was on
the retirement and protection needs of the educational community. Jon also spent time as
a sales trainer. He has experience in both product training and case consulting. Jon came
to ING in October of 2007 and is continuing his pursuit of his CLU designation.

Greg Mantz, CLU
Senior Life Wholesaler

Greg recently joined ING Strategic Distribution. He began his career with ING in March
2009 with the ING Life Sales Desk. Prior to this, he worked as a marketing representative
at a large national brokerage where he was responsible for marketing life and annuity
products to advisors. His background includes product marketing, case design, policy
review and agent training. Greg currently holds his Series 6 and CLU and is working
toward his ChFC.
Abby Fletcher
Recruiting Specialist

Abby began her career in the financial services industry as a Marketing Consultant where
she was focused on independent reps with one of ING’s large General Agencies. Her
background includes recruiting, sales coaching, marketing and case design for both Life
and Annuity distribution.

Abby leads the recruiting efforts of Strategic Distribution by creating and managing
campaigns to build upon the continued success of our channel. Her focus is to recruit
closely-aligned agents, registered representatives and general agents to our unique vision
and value proposition.
Pauline Lacher
Manager, Sales Operations

Pauline joined the Strategic Distribution Team in January of 2004 and brings with her 19
years of experience with ING. Previously, Pauline was the Marketing Coordinator for
Washington Square Securities (WSSI) broker/dealer. In that role, she oversaw web site
development, recruiting, and led various business development initiatives for WSSI.
Previous to that, Pauline held roles as Operations Manager and Trading Desk Manager.
During her tenure with ING, Pauline spent two years in the field as a sales and marketing
specialist for a local agent. Pauline is Series 6, 7 and 24 FINRA licenses and is a
Certified Fund Specialist.
