                                 FINAL JUDGMENT

      This cause same to be heard on the 3 1st day of January, 2008, before the
Honorable Bill Swann, Judge for the Fourth Circuit Court for Knox County,
Tennessee, on the Complaint for Divorce, the Non-Resident Notice having been
published for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Knoxville News Sentinel ,
insertion dates being October 30", November 6", 13", and 20", 2007, in Knoxville
                                         ,
Journal, insertion dates being November 1' 8", 15", and 22nd,2007, in The
Knoxville Independent, insertion dates being October 29", November 5", 12", and
19", 2007, and Defendant's failure to appear or make a defense, and from the
testimony of the witnesses and the record as a whole, from all of which it duly
appeared to the Court that the Plaintiff is entitled to an absolute divorce, it is,
therefore,

      ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED as follows:

       1.     The Plaintiff is hereby granted an absolute divorceAand t          h       g are
restored to all the rights and privileges of unmarried persons.
      2.      That the Permanent Parenting Plan proposed by the Plaintiff is
approved and is incorporated into this Final Judgment by reference as if fully set
out herein.
      4.      That the marital residence located at       Coker Avenue, Knoxville,
Tennessee 37917 shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Plaintiff.
The Plaintiff shall be solely responsible for the debt owed on the mortgage and
shall hold the Defendant harmless thereto. The Defendant shall execute a Quit
Claim Deed to the house and property to the Plaintiff.
      5.      That the Plaintiff is awarded sole possession and title to the 1993
Toyota and the 1989 Toyota. The Plaintiff shall be solely responsible for any debt
owed on the respective vehicles and shall hold the Defendant harmless thereto.
      6.      That the Plaintiff is awarded all the furniture inside the marital
residence.
      6.      That the Plaintiff is awarded the personal property presently in his
possession, and the Defendant is awarded the personal property presently in her
possession.
      7.      That the parties shall each be awarded sole possession of all bank and
investment accounts, cash, or other liquid assets which account or title is listed in
their own respective names.
      8.      That the Plaintiff shall be responsible for all student loans in his name
and shall hold the Defendant harmless fiom same. The Defendant shall be
responsible for all student loans in her name and shall hold the Plaintiff harmless
fiom same.
      9.      That the Plaintiff shall be responsible for all other debts in his name
and shall hold the Defendant harmless from same. The Defendant shall be
responsible for all other debts in her name and shall hold the Plaintiff harmless
fiom same.
      10.     That costs in this cause shall be taxed to the Plaintiff for which
