Technical Sales Representative –
    I was responsible for introducing Premier Tech to the California Agriculture market. I was also
       responsible for developing a product and the marketing and support behind a product to
       compete the US Arbor market nationwide. Lastly, I responsible for developing a customer base
       for organic growing in the greenhouse, nursery, landscape and turf markets in the USA.

PLANT HEALTH CARE, INC. – Pittsburgh, PA.                                                   2001 – 2009
    As Director of Sales and Marketing for Plant Health Care, Inc. I built an excellent team of
       Horticulture and Turf Sales Representatives that promoted and sold PHC’s core products from
       coast to coast and covered all of the United States. I hired, trained, traveled to make joint sales
       calls, attended trade shows and symposiums throughout the United States, and worked with the
       CEO and CFO in establishing Sales budgets and projections.
    As an Account Executive in a new sales position in Midwest, I grew the territory by 54% in my
       second year with the company and positioned that territory for additional 39% growth the
       following year with my successor when I was promoted to Director of Sales.

    I managed a satellite sales office of the Cleveland Regional office of Kintetsu. I brought on new
       business, re-established Kintetsu in the Pittsburgh air freight market and managed to keep the
       office profitable in an extremely difficult economic downturn.

    I managed a sales territory in 1999 that produced over $7.774 million in domestic and
       international revenue.
       In 1999, I sold the single largest Guaranteed Service shipment in history worth $51,925.50
       In 1998, I grew my territory 37% and $2,113,026 dollars in year-over-year sales revenue.
       In 1997, I grew my territory 24% and $1,095,747 dollars in year-over-year sales revenue.
       In 1996, I sold the single largest shipment ever, to date, to use United’s DC-10 Freighter service
        into the Pacific, worth over $340,000 in sales revenue.
       In 1994, I was awarded the Cargo Sales Achievement Award of the Central Region
       On behalf of United Airlines, I traveled to London, Paris, Frankfurt, Anchorage, and throughout
        the 48 contiguous states in pursuit of sales and marketing opportunities.

MORRISON EXPRESS – Phoenix, Arizona                                                1986 - 1988

    Opened and managed a regional sales office for a Taiwanese based international freight
       forwarding company.
    Develop market plans and budgets for international import and export trading.

     Developed sales and marketing plans for generation of Australian air freight revenues
        nationwide.
     Established a national network of sales offices throughout the United States.
     Responsible for all hiring, sales, budgeting, and financial administration.

Regional Sales Manager
    I was originally hired as a satellite Sales representative for the Los Angeles Gateway office.
    Established the PHX office as the top rated sales office for growth two years running in
       company-wide competition.
    The Phoenix office was elevated to Station Status and I was promoted to Regional Manager.

UNITED STATES AIR FORCE and the ARIZONA AIR NATIONAL GUARD                                 1977 – 1984
Pilot, Executive Officer
     As a pilot I flew T-37 and T-38 jet fighter/trainers, as well as air-refueling Boeing 707s.
     Responsible for squadron administrative matters
     Assisted the Base Commander in various projects and programs development.
     Attained the rank of Captain.
