Intended for recessing the Modi combination system is a versatile hand drying concept. Consisting of three modules, each
module can be combined or installed separately, ensuring maximum flexibility. Hygiene was identified as key issue during the
products development and as a result all visible components are brushed stainless steel.

The Automatic Wash Station has been designed specifically for recessing into cavity walls or washroom cubicles where
cubicle design permits. Incorporating the very latest technology, the washstation provides a complete hand washing
facility at the point of use.
R E C E S S E D AU TO M AT I C WA S H S TAT I O N
The sensor operated unit automatically dispenses a measured
amount of liquid soap. Following a short time delay to allow user
to lather hands, a measured amount of temperature controlled
water is dispensed. Hand drying is provided by the integral warm air
hand dryer. The washstation is an ideal vandal resistant, energy
saving solution for space conscious washrooms.

36 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Lovair washroom fittings can be installed in a variety
of ways depending on the size, shape and design of
the washroom. Within this section are various tried and
tested methods for installing both wall-mounted and
recessed fittings.

All product installation recommendations are proven washroom formats, intended to be functional, durable and
user friendly.
S OA P D I S P E N S E R S
A minimum of 100 mm gap should be provided below all panel
mounted soap dispensers to allow sufficient space to access hands.
Vanity top mounted dispensers should be installed in close proximity
to the washbasin ensuring any drips fall into the bowl. All dispensers
are compatible with all good quality branded soaps.
Lovair “Pink Pearlised Soap” is recommended, as it contains hand
friendly properties and is of the correct viscosity to suit Lovair
products.

Whether positioned over a washbasin or in the main washroom area,
the paper towel dispenser should be at a adequate height for the
user to approach and use. All paper towel dispensers can be used in
conjunction with most types of commercially available paper towels.
Lovair “interfold” paper towels are suitable for all dispensers.

Wherever possible these units should be placed 1.5m away from any
hand basins, urinals or exposed metal surfaces. However where it is
impossible to achieve this it is not unsafe to place the equipment
closer because of the indirect operation of the switch gear.
To ensure proper installation it is essential that a qualified electrician
installs these units. Lovair will not be responsible if the dryers are not
installed correctly.

Satin
S A T I N . Material-AISI 304 Stainless steel. Iron alloy composed of 18%
chrome, 10% nickel and 0.6% carbon. This material does not rust on
contact with water and is highly resistant to corrosion.
APPLICATIONS:
The most functional finish since it hides the effects of constant use
(fingerprints, water splashes etc.).

B R I G H T . Material-AISI 304 Stainless steel. Same material as satin but
polished to give bright effect.
APPLICATIONS:
Fashionable finish. The shine combines with new trends in public
washroom design.
White
W H I T E E P O X Y . Material-Steel. Iron alloy with a small amount of
carbon. All white epoxy products are treated in order to obtain an anti-
rust and anti-corrosive film to which an epoxy paint is applied.
