                                         Position Requirements

 achieve lasting success in the marketplace. We are looking for a key account manager who has not only the sales
 credentials, but just as importantly, the ability to “see the big picture,” is highly creative, and who is comfortable
 playing an important role on the core team.

General Requirements:
   §    A demonstrated track record of extraordinary performance and commitment
   §    Excellent professional image
   §    Demonstrated ability in B2B sales at the "C" level of organizations of all sizes
        – including Fortune 500 companies – see examples below*
   §    Excellent written communication skills
   §    Experience generating proposals based on complex requirements
   §    Strong ability to deliver PowerPoint and live demo presentations to groups of all sizes
   §    Good analytical and problem solving skills
   §    Experience maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships with significant add-on/repeat business
   §    Self-starter -- demonstrated ability to work productively with minimal supervision

* Examples of current customers and active opportunities:
   Intermountain Health Care (IHC), Idaho State University, Austin (TX) School District, the State of Texas, the
   Commonwealth of Kentucky, City of Hope Medical Center (Los Angeles), Veterans Administration Medical Center,
   Fairfax County VA, Morgan Stanley, BAE Systems, University of Utah, Stanford Medical Center, UCLA Medical
   Center, L-3 Communications, Zions Bank, Alliant Energy, Tiffany's, U.S Navy.

Minimum 5 years experience:
    §  Outstanding track record of selling B2B enterprise-level application software or equivalent technology
    §  Demonstrated ability to generate leads using a variety of methods

Additional items that would be a definite plus:
   §    Experience in the facilities management, architecture, engineering, or construction industries
   §    Trade show sales experience
   §    Selling via channel partners (dealers and distributors)
   §    Developing strong, creative PowerPoint presentations
   §    Professional speaking experience

   This is primarily an outside sales position and travel is required. Not a full "road warrior" position (most of our
   direct customers are in the intermountain west.), but our channel sales partners are spread out all over the US,
   and we are expanding our international network as well. In addition, we participate in a number of trade shows
   and other group events, and our marketing plan calls for increasing such participation. Therefore, in addition to
   local travel by personal auto, it is reasonable to expect out of town travel approximately once or twice per month
   for several days, depending on level of business activity and other factors.

    § Fully commissioned with an initial draw to cover the start-up period
    § Quota driven and incentive bonuses
    § All direct/approved sales expenses (travel, entertainment, etc) are paid by the company
    § Participation in company stock option plan
