Instructions Every hiring manager will receive a survey at the end of the month from when their new hire started. A hiring manager will receive only one survey; if manager made serval hires he/she will still receive on survey due to eliminate manager's receiving mulitple surveys and better chances of response rate Managers will receive the survey via a Zoomerang application Information received from surveys will be reviewed with individual recruiter by a summary of their overall managers rather each individual response; However, if there are positive feedback; the feedback will be shared with the recruiter and recruiting team. Negative feedback regarding a recruiter will be addressed with the recruiter only. Head of Recruiting will reach out to manager's that express concerns or respond with negative feedback to address issues and present solutions. Objective As new recruiting model and services are implemented we will track our month to month HM Satisfaction Percentage; with expectations that we will see an increase in satisfaction as recruiters adjust to new service levels.
