                      User-Experience design of eGov applications, (50+). Responsible
                      for task analysis, interaction sequence, style-guides, Msft
                      Sharepoint template design, prototype UI, GIS user-interface
                      design, wire-frames and look and feel. Information Architect
                      and User Experience Design for Kent County Website plus
                      secondary websites. Responsible for taxonomy,
                      structure, prototypes, personas, scenarios, wire-frames,
                      accessible designs including cognitive disabled targeted

                       ups/prototypes, business process mapping, scenarios,
                       storyboards, wire-frames. Practice Veterinary was voted “the
                       absolute best” practice management system for Veterinary
                       Practices in the USA by Veterinary Productivity.

          (5 months)   Guest lecturer, (part-time) teaching web user interface design
                       for: HTML Publishing for WWW course. Course material produced
                       was published in, HTML Publishing on the Internet, Coriolis.

                       Design Manager (UI) - PeopleSoft (Pleasanton, CA, USA)
                       UX design and work-flow design of the Manufacturing and
                       Distribution product lines. UX enhancements for PeopleTools
                       ,(panel editor and work-flow navigator). Designed interactive
         1999 - 2001   process-maps for the distribution product line. Designed and
           (2 years)   developed a Microsoft Excel application to extract
                       manufacturing plans/schedules from PeopleSoft database and
                       present information to users in a more user-friendly graphical
                       manner. Designed, art-directed the video to launch the
                       manufacturing and distribution product lines which featured the
         1994 - 1999   new PeopleSoft Workflow functionality. This video was broadcast

                      product, and “self-service” multi-media application for
                      Manman/X, awarded “1993 Company Presidents Award”.

                      ProScheduler designed to plan and schedule resources in process

                      demonstrating the benefits of GUI while prototyping solutions.
        1986 - 1991   Used Digital methodologies: RAMS and Top-Mapping to extract
