Are you missing something?

Are you suffering needlessly because you are overlooking a powerful
therapy that could be immensely beneficial, has no negative side effects
and can empower you with greater control and confidence?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique, shown to have amazing results,
both on its own and when used as a complement to traditional medicine. In
1958, the American Medical Association approved a report on the medical
use of hypnosis. In 1960 the American Psychological Association
endorsed hypnosis as a branch of psychology.

The American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association and
the British Medical Association studies have shown that hypnosis can
be a valuable tool when dealing with a wide range of medical

The mind/body connection is not a new concept. It’s history
dates back, at least, to ancient Greece where physicians
recognized and explored the synergistic links between the two.
Part of the mind’s effect on health is direct and conscious. The
mind does not act only through conscious choices, however,
many of its effects are achieved directly on the body without any
awareness on our part.

Just as it may be absurd to forego traditional medicine, it’s also
absurd to overlook a complementary therapy that could be
extremely beneficial in your quest for wellness.

Are you preparing for or recovering from surgery? Are you scheduled for
an MRI? Are you dealing with frequent pain? Hypnotherapy can be your
key to speedy recovery and optimum health and wellness.
Through the use of hypnosis, which is a deeply relaxed state, your

Expert, answers some of the most Frequently Asked Questions regarding
Hypnotherapy and wellness.

Q: Can Hypnotherapy help you when dealing with pain?

A: Yes, Hypnotherapy can be very effective when dealing
with pain due to illness or injury. Hypnotherapy is also
effective when dealing with phantom pain.

Q: I’m getting ready for surgery. Can Hypnotherapy help me?

A: Absolutely! Hypnotherapy can help you to relax and
mentally prepare yourself for the surgery in a positive
and receptive way. It can also help accelerate your
recovery time after the surgery. My own father had surgery
under Hypnosis when I was 8 years old. After the surgery he got
in the car and drove himself home, without any pain or bleeding.

Q: I’m scheduled for an MRI and I’m scared to death! How do I deal
     with the claustrophobia?

A: Many hospitals now use my Hypnotherapy Stress Reduction CD
(Free download at BunnyVreeland.com) to relax their patients
before undergoing an MRI. One of my friends recently had her
second MRI. The claustrophobia that she felt during her first
MRI was so extreme that she couldn’t face having another one.
After one Hypnotherapy session, she was relaxed and able to
undergo her second hour-long MRI without any negative issues.
Even the doctors were amazed at her calmness. And speaking
of claustrophobia, Hypnotherapy is hugely beneficial for all
phobias and usually only requires one or two sessions to
     eliminate the phobia.

Description: Clinical hypnosis is a procedure during which a qualified health professional or therapist (the “hypnotist”) gives a patient carefully worded instructions to follow with the goal of helping the patient enter a state of deep relaxation. In this hypnotic state, the “hypnotized” patient is aware of everything that is going on, but at the same time, becomes increasingly absorbed in using his or her imagination as directed by the hypnotist.
