Mechanical Building Services Engineer from a consultancy background, involved in a wide range
of projects with the ability to work independently, lead and co-ordinate mechanical activities.

2001 – 2004: Manchester Metropolitan University - BSc Mechanical Engineering & Technology
Gained 2:1 Accredited by the Institute of Incorporated Engineers (IIE)

    This course helped me develop the practical, organisational, people-management and team
    leadership skills required to be a successful mechanical project engineer. Through this
    course of study I am now able to combine broad knowledge with practical ability, design
    skills, problem solving, commercial awareness and interpersonal skills.

     Years 1 and 2 of the course covered the application and principles of technology with an
    emphasis on mechanical systems. The final year developed my mechanical engineering

        Through various projects, assignments, experiments reports and presentations I gained
        experience in research, analytical problem solving, conceptual thinking and planning. I
        used the latest software packages to solve engineering problems, modeling and
        visualization techniques.
       I Gained Experience in the using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD,
       I Gathered knowledge of CFD modeling, Pipe flow, Thermo dynamics, heat transfer, Fans
        and ducts, pumps, compressors, Safety Risk assessments, Quality standards ISO 9001.
        Feasibility studies and O & M manuals.

        Technician and to prepare me for entrance to University.

Nov 2008 – April 2009 – Development of a 4 storey Victorian terrace property
    prepared planning application for development
    produced detailed drawings from which costings were made

Sept 2008- November 2008: Dixon Deboise – Mechanical Design Engineer
       Working for a building services consultancy specializing in HVAC and Public health
       Led a team of engineers working on a mixed-used development comprising of 204
        residential units, (2,900 sq m) commercial space, Creekside development London.

       Designed the drainage system for a high rise residential building consisting of four
        separate blocks up to eighteen storeys high, three storeys dedicated to commercial
       Sized roof mounted VRF system for commercial units within the development
       Helped progress of Junior engineers within the organization
       Coordinated CAD operators
       Worked as part of a team of Engineers

July 2008- August 2008: CDS – Mechanical Design Engineer
        Contract position designing HVAC services for John Lewis restaurant refurbishment in
         Kingston on Thames London
        Designing new Ventilation systems and modifying existing systems.

        Coordinating with CAD draughtsman
        Producing design calculations, liaising with Electrical engineers, other specialists.

Feb 2007-June 2008: Synergy Building Services Solutions – Mechanical Engineer
