EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
In 1986, Ted Feaster was the founder of the firm, Feasterco Construction, Inc. and in 1979 was the
co-founder of the firm Feaster & McLaughlin Construction. Born and raised in Marion County, he has
spent virtually all of his life in construction. Ted has many years of experience in management of
construction firms, negotiated contract work and on-going monitoring and reviewing of each project.
He has had more than thirty-six (36) years experience gained from working as a field superintendent,
estimator, project manager and administrator.
Various types of construction completed, including: Schools, Hotels, Banks, Shopping Centers,
Churches, Doctor's Complexes, Industrial Office Complexes, Convenience Stores, Multi-family
Housing Projects, Single Family Residences and Additions and Renovation to Shopping Centers.
As President of Feasterco Construction, Inc., he has the overall responsibility for corporate
administration, finance and business development. His expertise includes final review of project
budgets, bid management, major contract negotiating, cost controls, and on going monitoring and
review of each project. Each project has his direct input and as President, Ted has overall
responsibility for client/customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
Born in Micanopy, Florida and raised in Marion County, Florida.
In 1958, co-founded Quality Drywall Co. and in 1962 founded United Construction Co. while still co-
owner of Drywall Company. In 1968, Glenn obtained State Certified General Contractor License,
In 1980, Glenn Feaster became co-owner of Silber-Feaster Investments. Developed projects
included; Shopping Centers, Motels, Office Buildings, Commercial and Multi-family Sub-divisions,
Large Condominium Projects.
In 1986, Glenn joined the staff of Feasterco Construction, Inc., bringing more than forty-nine (49)
years of experience in all phases of Residential, Multi-family, Motels, Commercial and Industrial
Office Buildings and Schools with him. His knowledge of the construction business has been very
beneficial to the company. His ability to work with Owners and Architect/Engineers, helping them to
find cost and time saving areas, has been a valuable tool for Feasterco Construction, Inc.
His responsibilities include: Direction of Daily Construction Administration Operations, Estimating,
Negotiating Jobs, Job Cost, Scheduling and managing various construction projects.
