   • PhD Counselor Education and Supervision
   • PhD Special Education
   • PhD Human Rehabilitation
   • PhD Educational Mathematics

   • DA       Music (all concentrations)

Participating States: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico,
North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming
   • To be considered for the WRGP resident tuition reduction, documentation of eligibility must be
       submitted to the UNC Graduate School as soon as possible. Tuition adjustment will then be made for
       current and future qualifying semesters.

Eligibility Requirements
1. Reside in a WRGP eligible state for at least 9 consecutive months prior to the beginning of the first
    academic term of WRGP acceptance.
2. Proof of a permanent address in the WRGP state.
3. Payment of state income tax on wages earned in the WRGP state.
4. Proof of the following in the WRGP state:
    • Vehicle registration
    • Driver’s license
    • Voter registration
