Welcome Vendors, Craftspeople, Artists, 4-H Clubs, Scouts, Auxiliaries and
Other Organizations to the 2011 Wardensville Fall Festival. Thank you for
FIRST PAID, FIRST SERVED – please send application now!
The Festival will be held rain or shine.
The application fee is $40 per space or $50 if you require electric and/or water
(only a limited number of lots have electric/water).
An application fee is required whether on the Carnival Grounds or on the public
streets of Wardensville.
FOOD Vendors are responsible for obtaining food permits from the Hardy
County Health Department (304-530-6355).
The Festival Committee reserves the right to refuse any applicant due to limited
space or undesirable and/or dangerous products or behavior.
Paid vendors will be notified via mail of lot assignment prior to the event.
