attire

working

clinical
sites.

the
University

at

patch

left
Shoulder


    •     ID
badge
should
say
School
of
Nursing,
name
of
the
student,
and
title
of
STUDENT.
The

          badge
is
worn
on
the
left
side
over
the
pocket.
The
student
also
wears
a
plastic

          cardholder
that
is
placed
under
the
nametag
with
the
student's
Miner
ID
card
in
the

          plastic
cardholder.
