Funkhouserlaw.com Motion for Work or Occupational Driving Privileges DUI OVI Attorney Ohio Breath Test

Description

When a defendant tests over the legal limit on a chemical test Ohio suspends their license for 90 days under an Administrative License Suspension ALS A judge may grant work or occupational driving privileges after the defendant waits 15 days In my practice I look for a technical problem with the ALS and ask the arraignment judge to stay or terminate the ALS putting my client back on the road Otherwise I file a motion like this to the court to obtain driving privileges for my client while their case is pending
