Why use MDSearch to find the right practice opportunity?
INSIGHT GAINED BY MDSEARCH In PRESENTATION OF Branding to PHYSICIANS, specifically MEDICAL Residents at UWO. November 2010 MDSEARCH participated in the University of Western Ontario Medical Residents Job Fair in November 2010. MDSEARCH presented their brand of search: MDSEARCH offers a different approach to recruitment. Medical Residents expressed their interest in the MDSEARCH process that saves them time and provides valuable research on the multitude of offers available to them. The message from MDSEARCH was: MDSEARCH searches for the optimal offers for Physicians. Physicians share their criteria on what an ideal offer would look like and MDSEARCH goes and finds the ideal offer. The MDSEARCH process is unique to traditional recruiters that motivate physicians to join one of their clients. One of the recruiters at MdSearch commented, “ we are not your traditional recruiter, our prime objective is to listen to the MD’s needs and bring to them offers that meet those needs”. MDsearch consultant states, “Doctors can find a job just about anywhere – they don’t need help to find ‘a job’. Doctors do however need help sifting through thousands of offers, MDSEARCH provides this service at no cost, saving the physician time, and proving valuable insight on remuneration variances, comparative offers available in the market today”. MDSEARCH is Doctor Driven -‐ highly selective about the offers that they promote to physicians. In order for a client to be promoted by MDsearch, the physician employer must be rostered with MDSEARCH. Rostering requires a clear outline of the practice offer including, basic deals such as location, staffing, technology, compensation, etc. In addition, MDSEARCH develops a sense of culture through visiting the site, pictures, meeting owners, staff and physicians. This attention to detail adds significant value to the client ensuring the RIGHT physicians are attracted to their brand.
