 E-mail, designing web pages etc.
• Applies the the correct proofing tools like auto
 correct, spell checker, grammar check ,word
 to word translation etc.

Creating a New Document
 •Click the New Document button on
 the tool bar
 •Choose File| New from the menu
 bar
 •Press CTRL+N
    Saving a Document
•Click the Save button on the menu
bar.
•Select File| Save from the menu bar
•Press CTRL+S
             Closing a Document
•Click the Close icon on the right side of the
menu bar.

•Close the current document by selecting
File|Close
•Press Ctrl+W
    Open an Existing Document
 •Click the Open File button
 •Choose File |Open from the menu bar
 •Press CTRL+O
Each method will show the Open dialog
box. Choose the file and click the Open
button.
                      Editing
Moving (Cutting) and Pasting Text
   Highlight the text
  •Select Edit|Cut from the menu bar
  •Click the Cut button on the standard tool bar
  •Press CTRL+X at once.
   Move the cursor to the location you want
 •Select Edit| Paste from the menu bar
 •Click the Paste button on the standard toolbar
 •Press CTRL+V.

•Click the Copy button on the standard toolbar
•Press CTRL+C.

Finally print document.
