If you wish to purchase one of the properties you would be required to but 50% of the equity. The properties have been valued at £120,000(this figure however may change as a further valuation will be carried out when the additional 4 properties are completed) and therefore you would purchase a £60,000 share of the property and pay rent on the remaining 50%.
A service charge of TBD would also be payable. If you are not in a position to buy one of the properties you may wish to consider renting the property before you buy. This option would allow you to rent the property at a level lower than you would pay in the private rented sector for similar properties.
The rent payable is £410/calendar month. In addition to this you would be liable to pay a TBD service charge.
