					Technical Integration Manager-ESP000003R6 Description The purpose of this role is to bridge the Services organizations and the Shared Services Platform. Those in this role will understand the business objectives, consumer profiles, and complex requirements to assure that the value proposition of the Shared Services teams are cost effective and are used by the various Services teams. The TIM will ensure that the process for negotiating requirements happens with the right stakeholders in an efficient, timely and professional way. The TIM will also constantly improve methods for idea generation and requirement capture. TIM is responsible for defining and prioritizing requirements from their Service account (organization, i.e.: Music) to Shared Services, e-Commerce and Service Delivery teams- Partners with the service architecture, design, Product and business management teams to ensure that all aspects of the service business requirements are integrated and represented in the design and delivery plans and activities. Is the voice of the customer across the Service Platform organizations. Establishes a comprehensive process to review requirement priorities, roadmaps, and strategies. Negotiates, get buy-in for Shared services implementation. Leads activities in order for the Shared Services org to have the highest value proposition to the Services and are being adopted by the Services. Needs to influence Nokia decision making and negotiate with key stakeholders in complex situations. Ensures business unit environment which is motivating encourages innovation and is inclusive. High interaction with other Service Platform and Delivery teams. Qualifications High degree of influence to set organization direction, policies, targets and how to drive continual improvement in our Shared Services and overall Service. Is charged with the direction and performance of Shared Services adoption and positive value proposition. Significant impact on perceived quality & business results through decisions. Impact is short, medium and long term. Accountable for results. Decisions and actions will normally impact business results outside own unit/area."
