                   Abs Express – This class will challenge you with 30 minutes of abs and lower back exercises.


  Aquacise – A warm-water pool is essential for an environment that is conducive to stress reduction, muscle relaxation, and a
  comfortable range of motion. Advantage of an aquatic environment is that it helps an individual to achieve strength in postural
 muscles to create stability and balance. Class applicable for individuals with Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis and Fibromualgia.
 Cardiac Rehab Phase IV Circuit Training – For post outpatient Cardiac Rehab patients under the direction of a Cardiac Rehab
                                      specialist. Consists of weight training exercises.

  Cardiac Rehab Phase IV Group Cycling - For post outpatient Cardiac Rehab patients under the direction of a Cardiac Rehab
                                          specialist. Beginners spinning class.


                   Cardio Step - This class includes a high intensity step segment followed by a toning segment.
  Healthy Joints - Low resistance exercise class including balance and flexibility. Class applicable for individuals with Rheumatoid
                                            arthritis, Osteoarthritis and Fibromualgia.


     HOS Foundation/ Susan Komen Yoga – Classes are for post recovery cancer patients and caregivers. 12 week session.


     Midday Spin – A midday energy booster on specialized spin bikes conducted out of the seat for the majority of the class.

   Mini Challenge – Same as The Challenge without the Spinning. Consists of weights for the upper and lower body along with
                                                  abdominal exercises.

    Silver Sneaker/ Elder Plus - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular
strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered f
                               resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

  Spinning – Looking for a new challenge? Don’t care for aerobics? Well join the journey with indoor cycling class where you can
                                     mimic outdoor activities including hills, flats and sprints.

 Step and Sculpt – Combination of step aerobics and strength training with intervals. This class is designed to increase your heart
                                 rate and build muscular endurance for a complete workout.

Step Circuit – A fun class with a combination of step aerobics and circuit training. This class is designed to increase your heart rate
                                     and build muscular endurance for a complete workout.


    Stretch and Relaxation - A system of exercises practiced as part of this discipline to promote control of the mind and body.

 Targeted Treadmill Training with Harry - Training Techniques with the treadmills (Please sign up with Harry Koch in the Fitness
                                                          Office)

                          The Challenge – An hour and a half class that consists of Spinning and weights.

                   Total Body Conditioning - 20 minutes Cardio, 20 minutes strengthening, and 20 minutes of stretching

              Yoga – A system of exercises practiced as part of this discipline to promote control of the mind and body.
