     a. Review Materials and audience information and identify areas where adjustments may be needed
     b. Make minor adjustments to learning materials

2. Assure Preparation of the Instruction Site
      a. Confirm the logistical arrangements
      b. Confirm the physical arrangement of the instructional site, materials, equipment and furniture
