1. Analyze Course Materials and Learner Information
     a. Review Materials and audience information and identify areas where adjustments may be needed
     b. Make minor adjustments to learning materials
     c. Judge the appropriateness to learning materials

2. Assure Preparation of the Instruction Site
      a. Confirm the logistical arrangements
      b. Confirm the physical arrangement of the instructional site, materials, equipment and furniture
      c. Control the physical environment
      d. Plan ways to minimize distractions
      e. Assure proper disposition of equipment, materials and furniture
      f. Judge how well logistical and physical arrangements support the instruction

3. Establish and Maintain Instructor credibility
      a. Demonstrate acceptable personal conduct

       a. Evaluate the instructional design, as modified, during delivery
       b. Evaluate an instructor's performance

       d. Judge how well a course works for a particular group of learners in a particular situation

14. Report Evaluation Information
       a. Prepare to report post-course summary and evaluation information
       b. Report evaluation and end-of-course information
       c. Recommend revisions and changes to existing materials and provide suggestions for new
          programs and activities
       d. Report information about learning and physical environments
       e. Judge the adequacy, appropriateness and timeliness of reports to instructional designers and
          appropriate management
