Kazakhstan, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Saudi, Spain, Turkey, UK, USA, Russia, and JV’s and licensees in 17 countries.
Managing Director & CEO of BERICAP France Sarl (Dijon), 75 million € sales turnover, 300
employees, 2 industrial sites ; industrial and marketing subsidiary and world R&D centre for food
plastic closures for BERICAP Group (500 million € sales turnover, 20 sites in the world).

Corporate Vice President of NORD EST EMBALLAGE holding, as from 1994: corporate
marketing and co-ordination of sales to key international accounts; business development through
strategic alliances and joint ventures in Asia (Japan, China), Eastern Europe and Middle East.

Managing Director of NOVEMBAL Plastic Closure Division, from 1990 to 1994: creation of an
unique entity in Europe, 5th largest plastic closure manufacturer, from 9 independent companies

Vice President & General Manager: has developed unique industrial tools in France (and prepared
one in Malaysia) for latex surgeon gloves and for non-woven disposable operating room drapes and
garments and implemented a successful marketing strategy to promote them in the hospital systems in
