WEGO ( World Entertainment Games Olympiad ) Is the only type of business that is still going up
into today's stock market. For there is very little space left for people to go and relax from there
home and work. We are an indoor/outdoor resort with four seasons. Catering to 21 to 44 year olds.
And it is the only thing that people do not care what the cost is.

We offer lodging, transportation, meeting rooms, convention, lounge, snack bars, gift shop, rental
equipment, jacuzzi, sauna, fishing, competition, fun and relaxation.

We have team competition of two women and two men on a team competing in 30 events. The team
taking 1st place in an event would receive $100 and 100 points, 2nd place $40 and 75pts, 3rd place
50pts and on down to 20 place with points. The team of the week with the most points will be invited
back to a play off for a week in Vegas and a week cruise for four.

We would offer a package deal of two nights stay, bus ride with food and drink, to and from within a
150 miles for 198.95 each. This would help them from drinking and driving and being tired driving
back home.

We would offer over 50 indoor and 40 outdoor activities such as: 18 hole miniature golf, 30x70 maze
with changing walls, miniature truck and car races, obstacle course, dual miniature train race, 5,3,1,-1
degree 100' mountain climbing, Rope climbing, wally ball, basketball, racquet ball, pool tables, dance
competition, electronic darts, karoake, video ramma, human fly, water polo, exercise equipment,
swim races, water volley ball, treasure hunt, bar stool races, skydiving inside, miniature war games
with live ammo, leg wrestling, ping pong, water gun war, shuffle broad, mental trivia games, golf driving
range, human steel wheel races, cloud nine races, 10,000 fishing pond indoor, music, 8 lane track,
gas powered car races, roller skating, roller blading, sumo wrestling, dolly cart races, video pistol

Survey results of 1440 people said that 83.6 % would attend 4.7 times a year bring an average of
$260.29 spend an average of $77.33 per day.

We will try and promote safety in all activities and to have fun. Employing over 200 people with
training available in all activities that customers would need help in.

I my survey area (150 mile radius), there are 23 colleges which would be my prime targeted area.

My experience and background consists of: Farmer 29yr. (, Restaurant owner 14yr., bar owner 14yr.,
roofing contractor 22yr., arcade owner 11yr., cleaning business 4yr., ceiling contractor 3yr., professional
truck driver 7yr., economic development coordinator 3yr., degree in ( Electronics, and electrical ),

People are always looking for some thing different than what is available to them now. They want more
They want to meet others and to get exercise without the boredom and have fun. This is a growing
market.

This place also would need only a 25% capacity compared to motels needing 60% to break even.

                                    Stats and Est pg2

Using just local base 701,285 age 21 to 44 years X 1.997 =

1,400,466 potential. Divided by 59,356 = 4.2% needed for full

capacity, 2.54% for 60% capacity, and .91% to cash flow.

35.9% respond to direct advertising. 51.3% friends and relatives.

I would concentrate on 9 cities in ND; 4 in Man.; 1 in SD; 9 in

MN.; for a total of 23 city areas and Colleges.

The survey showed that 88.3% of the people wanted to attend this

place 4.76 times a year. See accompanying chart on percent of those

per event. 64% said to cheap 15% to high and 21% OK that

$89.95 is to high or to cheap for the trip and stay for two

nights and 3 beverages and 3 pieces of pizza. They would bring

an extra cash of $130.64 + $89.95 / 2 =$110.295 per day compared

with the tourist spending of $77.33 per day.

The tourist growth rate is 6.4% annually. Full capacity of

1600 customers per day at $77.33 per day spent X 365.25 days

in a year = $45,191,652.00 gross annual. Plus the employees

would spend and some local customers, and possible lease use

of pool with the local schools.
79% occupancy on weekends and 33% during the week will be

the basis for figuring the projected income for an over all

average of 41.5%. 51% accommodations and transportation. 25.3%

for food and beverages. 8.4% recreation. 5.3% shopping here.

10% shopping else where. Or $77.33 X 90% = $69.597 per day.

                                                                         8
                                    Stats and Est. pg3.

1600 X $69.597 X 2days X 79% occupancy + 1600 X $69.597 X 5days

X 33% occupancy = $286,953.78 per week. Annual Gross income

of $14,921,596.80.

Transportation and accommodation expense would be $1,674,929 or 17.72%

of transportation income. Food and beverage expense would be

$3,082,722 or 58.5% of food and beverage income. Recreation

expense is $588,687 or 33.6% of recreation income. Gift and

shop expense is $784,357 or 71% of sports wear gross income.

Subtotal $6,130,695 or 32.7% of gross income. Plus operating

expense of $3,975,487 for total of $9,321,825 or 60.71% of

gross income. With a gross net of $7,370,663. Depreciation

the first year of $391,654 and taxes of $2,063,785 leaves a net

of $5,306,878.
At 23.6% the place will cash flow. The Local motels occupancy

is over 80% per year. I used 79% on weekends and 33% during the

the week. I used 90% of tourism dollars as the lower amount.

According to CNN News 10/24/92 9:45am hourly, that exercising

is on rise and going strong and becoming a necessity to do.

That it is over a $6Billion business. It showed people were

putting $200 down and $55/month just to work out.

The town of Whapeton 200 survey forms sent out 125 were sent

back in one week and some still trickle in. That's 62.5%.

For full capacity I will be needing 207 employees. But the

operating expense was based on 79% occupancy weekend 33% week

ship game would get a trip for 4 on a Caribbean cruise for a
week and a week in Las Vegas.

There is lodging provided, meeting rooms, conventions, lounge,
snack place, gift shop, rental equipment, Jacuzzi, sauna, fishing
and many more things. You can go to exercise or relax. Most
of the plans are to get them there for a two night stay to
captivate them. The 398 rooms are designed for four full size
beds in each room with restroom and jaccuzi.
There is also 8 large rooms suites with a double
bed and a pull out couch. There by making it that possible for
1600 people to stay at one time. Full capacity is figured at 1600
people. The place is designed to have activities going on 24
hours per day. With little time to sleep. Although the rooms
will be insulated to cut down on the noise.

This place will offer package deals for $189.95 for a two night
stay, a bus ride to and from, three drinks on the bus there, and
three pieces of pizza on the bus back home. This is to help
in no drinking and driving and being able to have fun and not
           drive home sleepily.

We will make available 30 some outdoor activities for them to
partake in if they wish. Making this the most wanted place to go.

We will try to promote safety in all activities and have fun. We will
have trained staff in all activities to help each an every one that wants help.

For those not paying the package deal we would charge by the
minute they are in the building. Offering paid in advance
membership cards to be used at certain times. We would also rent
the pool to the surrounding schools to use in their sports program.

doors by voice command, be the phone, TV, and entertainment center.

People are always looking for something different than what is
available to them now. They want more choice to be individuals
and where their partner can do what he or she wants to do. They
want to meet others and to get exercise without the boredom of
doing it at home or alone.

The Trend for more group exercise is growing to over $4billion
business and still growing.

There is a place with food, gift shop, play pen, miniature golf, batting
cages, basketball, video games and teen dances. It grosses over
$1,000,000.00 per year. And the owner manager said he would like
to come to this place even at a 5.5 hour drive.

The manager of Columbia mall in Grand Forks said he wanted to
come. The manager of over head door company said he would go
at least twice a year. And was excited to tell all his employees right
away. The comments have been over whelming. People wanted to
know where the place was. They didn't care about the distance.
Out of over 1500 surveyed only three asked about driving there
themselves. And after explaining the benefits of not driving; they
would still go but on the bus.

When you look at new casinos going up the more variety of things
they have to offer the better there business is. So they are
looking at having more indoor activities or being near some place
that can offer more activities. Besides eating and drinking.

One way for us to keep our advertising cost low is to target
the 23 colleges with someone on campus promoting in person.
For every 40 people they get to sign up they would get a free
weekend at WEGO.

Why can we operate a 23.6% capacity and motels 60% to break even
Is that our rooms would average 4 people to a room not 2 people.

We are blocks away from a dam and two minutes to another or 50
minutes to a huge lake with big waves. A river within 5 minutes
125 minutes of groomed snowmobile trails. Two resorts within
20 minutes. A gambling casino within 40 minutes. With buses
shuttling around we have allot of outdoor activities to offer.
