Public Compliance Criteria List - Hired Labour - Single Plantations
Compliance Criteria are established by FLO-CERT to translate Fairtrade standard requirements and certification policies into verifiable control points that are
evaluated in the certification process to determine compliance with the Fairtrade Standard . Nonconformity with a Compliance Criteria is a non-conformity with the
respective standard requirement. Each Compliance Criteria is linked to a specific timeline indicating when it needs to be fulfilled. A Compliance Criteria identified as
major is linked to a major Fairtrade Principle and needs to be complied with at any time.
The FLO-CERT Public Criteria List - Hired Labour - is based on Generic Fairtrade Standard for Hired Labour published by FLO International e.V.
