             the attending delegates to mix with their industry colleagues and peers as well as gain
             answers to individual questions from USPS representatives present. These informal
             meetings and discussions will only enhance the valuable information that is obtained
             during this Summit of Leaders.

Faculty: Mr. Patrick R. Donahoe
Deputy Postmaster General and Chief Operating Officer, USPS – Washington, D. C.
 The future of the United States Postal service and its relations with all stakeholders
 including Business Mailers will be reviewed during this session. Current as well as
 future insights will be discussed as well as insights into the current period of recession
 and electronic technology. Hear the most current and updated information.

     Session 2 - 2009 – 2010 THE CHANGING MAIL ENVIRONMENT.
 Faculty: Ms. Sharon Daniel,
 Manager, Standards for Pricing & Classification – Postal Headquarters
 Washington, D. C.
 The 2009 – 2010 mailing environment is changing. The mailing community will need to
 know and adapt to these changes. Their interaction with the USPS will continue to grow
 and survive the current economic conditions. In May of 2009 the USPS will implement
 new regulations relating to the Intelligent Mail Barcode, Move Update, Pricing on Market
 Dominant Products. During this session participants will be able to gain a detailed
 understanding of the USPS’s May 2009 - 2010 postage rates and revised mailing
 regulations. Participants will also be able to reinforce their postal knowledge with the
 latest and most current information. As an added bonus, delegates attending this
 session will learn how to design and modify their current and future mailing packages to
 gain the most advantage from their creative actions.

                       Session 3 – KEYNOTE ADDRESSES

 Director of Database Marketing – The Cleveland Clinic.

 Peter J. Winzig
 Director of Marketing & Corporate Development for the Law Firm of Weltman,
 Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A (WWR).
         Megan Brennan, Vice President - Area Operations for the Eastern Area
Ms. Brennan is the senior postal official in an area that encompasses Pennsylvania,
Ohio, West Virginia, Delaware, Kentucky, Southern New Jersey and parts of Virginia and
Indiana. Reporting to the Deputy Postmaster General and Chief Operating Officer, she is
responsible for postal operations including processing and distribution, customer
service and administrative operations.
She oversees 10 Postal Service districts that operate more than 5,300 Post Offices. The
Eastern Area delivers mail daily to more than 38 million customers has a budget of $7
billion and employs 94,000 people. If it were privately owned, the area would be listed
among the Fortune 500 companies.
A 22-year veteran of the Postal Service, she served as Vice President of Area Operations
for the Northeast Area from May 2005 until being named to her current position. Prior to
that, she was manager of Operations Support for the Northeast Area beginning in 2003.
In this capacity, she was responsible for coordinating and integrating processing and
distribution, transportation and delivery operations throughout the Northeast Area.
Sharon Daniel: CONFIRMED
        Sharon Daniel, Manager Mailing Standards for Pricing and Classification
                          U.S. Postal Service Headquarters
Mailing Standards develops the rules for postal rate and classification changes and
produces many print and online tools for mailers, including the Postal Explorer Web site,
the business and retail postage rate calculators, and the Quick Service Guides.
Prior to her work in Mailing Standards, Sharon was the Manager of Ground Products. In
this position, Sharon headed the Postal Service team responsible for the integration and
development of Ground and Return Package Services, including Parcel Return Service.
Sharon was also the Finance Manager for the Expedited Package Services Strategic
Business Unit, and she has testified numerous times before the Postal Rate Commission
on issues ranging from letter and parcel processing costs to the impact of shape and
density on delivery costs.
Patrick R. Donahoe: CONFIRMED
   Patrick R. Donahoe, Deputy Postmaster General and Chief Operating Officer USPS.
The second-highest ranking postal executive, Donahoe, a 31-year postal veteran, reports
directly to the Postmaster General and is a member of the Postal Service Board of
Governors. He also serves on the Capital Projects Committee.
In addition to his Board duties, he has the responsibility for the day-to-day activities of
more than 690,000 career employees working among 38,000 facilities that are supported
by a fleet of over 215,000 vehicles. He is also responsible for mail processing,
transportation and delivery, field operations, engineering, delivery and retail, facilities,
and network operations. Reporting to Donahoe are the Senior Vice President
of Operations and nine Area Vice Presidents.
Prior to this position, he has served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Executive
Vice President. As COO, Donahoe was instrumental in the Postal Service achieving
record levels of service and customer satisfaction. Over the same period, the Postal
Service experienced sustained and significant workplace improvements and is on track
for a sixth straight year of productivity gains. The Postal Service delivers nearly half of
the world’s mail volume—-more than 200 billion pieces—that produce annual revenues of
$73 billion.
Sylvia Morrison: CONFIRMED
        Sylvia Morrison, Director of Database Marketing – The Cleveland Clinic
Prior to joining the health care sector, Sylvia Morrison served as President of Wolf
Direct Marketing, a full service ad agency with offices in six cities. She has spent over
25 years in advertising and direct marketing, developing campaigns for clients such as
Progressive Insurance, Things Remembered, and television commercials for Chase
Bank and Sears Optical.
Ms. Morrison has conducted focus group research for consumer and business-to-
business products. She served as Senior Vice President and partner at Liggett-
Stashower Advertising. In addition she served as Entertainment Editor at Cleveland
She is also a winner of the prestigious Gold Echo, the Direct Marketing Association’s
highest award.
Peter J. Winzig: CONFIRMED
   Peter J. Winzig, Director of Marketing & Corporate Development for the law firm of
                       Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A (WWR)
As Director, Peter Winzig is responsible for overall marketing and sale for the firm,
including strategic planning, national & regional marketing, brand management, internal
and external communications, public relations, product development, overseeing web-
based initiatives, advertising and event marketing, along with planning and
management of the sales development.
He brings to WWR over 25 years of experience in the professional communications and
advertising business, having spent time as SVP of Account Services at Wyse
Advertising, where he managed Fortune 500 brands including American Greetings,
BFGoodrich, Stouffers, McDonald’s, Sherwin-Williams, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, SieMatic
and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
During his time at Wyse, he was involved in the brand re-launch for Stouffers and
Renaissance Hotels. Peter has also served as National Director of Marketing for Arhaus
Furniture and as the Director of Ignition Idea Group.
