ACT Science Reasoning Test Mr. Michael H. Oehlschlaeger Senior Focus – Fall 2002 • The Science Reasoning Test is a 40 question, 35 minute test that measures the interpretation, analysis, evaluation, reasoning, and problem-solving skills required in the natural sciences. Test Presents Seven Sets of Scientific Information • A number of multiple-choice test questions follow the seven sets of sets of information • The Scientific Information is conveyed in one of three formats: 1. Data Representation 2. Research Summaries 3.
