									       Easy Money Bots… Documentation
Overview

The Easy Money Bots program is a powerful software program
that can help you to earn a lot of money whether you’re awake
or asleep, whether you’re working or playing. Whatever you’re
doing, it’s a system that will earn money for you 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.

The program allows you to embed anybody’s affiliate links into
a pdf file, typically an ebook. This allows you to earn money in
two ways. First you can give out the ebook and whenever
anyone buys anything from any of the links in the ebook, you
make money for it, and secondly, you offer to allow OTHER
people to embed THEIR links into your ebook. For the right to
do this, you charge them a “branding fee”. As you’ll see
shortly, this can be a VERY powerful money maker for you.

The Easy Money Bots differs from any other viral pdf brander in
one very significant way. Everything is online hosted on OUR
server, so there is no software that you need to install
anywhere. It’s all done for you. It pre-brands the document
before your customer downloads it.

Up until now, the only option you’d have to brand an ebook or
pdf document was to have the person who wanted to brand the
book with his or her affiliate links download a separate branding

program, and go through a lot of hassles to install it, learn how
                                                            Page | 1
to use it to finally get a branded ebook.

Easy Money Bots makes this whole process much simpler.

All your customer needs to do here is to fill out an online form
with the desired information, and push a button. Within just a
few seconds their ebook or document is branded and is ready
for them to download. It is also hosted for them automatically,
so all they need to do to distribute the ebook is to pass out a
URL that Easy Money Bots provides for them.

This means that you’ll get a lot more people actually giving
out your ebook than you’ve ever seen before.

This manual is set up in three different sections…

1. Configuring your pdf document
2. Setting up your project
3. Adding the code to your website

BRANDING THE EBOOK
Setting up your PDF document

Throughout these instructions we refer to an eBook and PDF
documents interchangeably.

PDF stands for “Portable Document Format”, and it’s simply a
way of saving documents that can be read virtually anywhere
online with all types of operating systems.

So the process of writing or editing an ebook is simple, you
write it in a word processor such as Microsoft Word. Then you
save the document as a pdf file, and it’s ready to be used by
the Easy Money Bots system.

Setting up your ebook is a very simple process. When you’re
writing your ebook, you simply insert special “tags” where you
will want your customers to be able to replace your affiliate links
with their own.

If you’re not familiar with what affiliate links are, I’ll explain here.
There are many hundreds of thousands of products, ebooks,
and so on that you can sell and make money from on the
Internet. The creators and/or owners of these products will pay
you every time you refer someone to their site who buys their
product.

That’s called affiliate marketing, and you become the affiliate
for that seller. They give you a special link that’s coded only for
you, so that when people come in and buy from that link, the
seller knows that you sent that person to the site. To become
an affiliate of any particular company, you go to a sign up page
on their site, and fill out the info. From that they’ll issue you
                                                                  Page | 3
your own personal affiliate link to use.

Back to those special affiliate “tags” that I was talking about.

The purpose of these “tags” is to tell the program where to
insert the affiliate links for your customers.

This would be easiest to explain if I used an example. In fact I’ll
use a real life example of a program that I co-developed…
Traffic Geyser.

The normal URL is http://www.trafficgeyser.com. However
every place in my ebook where I mention that, and have a Iink
to Traffic Geyser, I want to give the person branding the ebook
a chance to insert his or her own affiliate URL there in place of
mine.

Typically, you will create your ebook in Microsoft Word or
similar word processor. Then you will save the document as a
pdf. Alternatively, there are a number of pdf converters
available..

More on that later. You can use other word processors too, as
long as they allow you to embed hyperlinks in the document.

In this example, I will create a simple file with two tags, named
trafficgeyser and moneybots.

Instead of using the conventional hyperlink style like this:

http://easymoneybots.com

When you create your hyperlink in Microsoft Word, you place
the letters qqq both before and after the tag name in the
                                                               Page | 4
embedded tag. (http://qqqmoneybotsqqq)

That will tell the program that you want to insert
a branded hyperlink at that spot.

That might be easier to show you than to explain.

Let’s say you want to put a place where somebody can embed
their affiliate link into your ebook.. like this:

Get this product now at Trafficgeyser.com

Since I’m writing this document in Microsoft Word, I’ll highlight
the link above, and click “insert link” from the menu at the top of
my screen.

Or hit ctrl K This is what I see on my screen.

I’ve embedded the tag which I’ll name “trafficgeyser” in
between qqq. (qqqtrafficgeyserqqq)

IMPORTANT!!! note the http// outside the link.

                                                             Page | 5
This will ensure consistency if you make sure that people
DON’T type in http:// when they fill out your online form.

In the enclosed sample, I also included another link like this to
http://qqqmoneybotsqqq

You can add as many of these tags as you need depending on
your document. (Note, you cannot have a space in the tag….
it must be one continuous string with no spaces)

All that is left is to save the word document as a pdf, or process
it in your favorite pdf converter. MAKE SURE that your pdf
converter will process links. Many of them will NOT. I have
used Adobe Acrobat and it works fine. Most modern day
Word processors will do this without having to use an external
converter.

I have spent a lot of time testing many of the available pdf
creators and converters, and sad to say most of them do not
provide this seemingly very basic feature of translating
hyperlinks from a word document into a pdf file.

Without that, your whole purpose of providing a branded ebook
is lost. Here is a list of three of them that I’ve tested that seem
to work well…

Nitro PDF Professional $99 (The Express version doesn't
handle hyperlinks)

3. Operation

3.1. Go to your Easy Money Bots admin screen

http://www.easymoneybots.com/members

Type in your user id (email) and password, and you’ll be taken
to the admin panel.

You’ll be taken to the “Start Here” page where you’ll many
menu options both down the right hand side, and across the
top. From here there’s a wealth of tools, documentation,
training videos, and bonuses. Most of the landing pages from
these menus will have additional content to guide you and lead
you along the way.
                                                          Page | 7
So let’s get started……

3.2. “My Tools” Ebook Project Manager

The ebook project manager is where you first go to upload your
ebook to the site and configure the settings, tags etc to set up
the system so that others can brand the ebook.

Assuming that you’ve already configured the ebook with the
correct tags, the next thing you need to do is to send the ebook
to the Easy Money Bots server. This is very simple.

To get to the Ebook Project Manager, select it from the drop
down link from the “My Tools” menu item from the black menu
bar.

Just click on the “My Ebook Project Manager” from the “My
Tools” drop down menu at the top.

My ebooks link. You’ll see this screen:

All you need to do here is to browse through your computer
with the browse button till you find the file you want to upload.
(your ebook). Then select the upload button, and the file will be
loaded into your account at Easy Money Bots.
                                                             Page | 8
3.3. Add Project

Next you’ll create a new project, so click on the Add Project
Link.

Here’s where you add the tags to the EMB system, so that it
will know how to process them…. See the screen shot below:

The first thing you need to do is to enter the Project Title. This
can be anything you’d like…. So you can identify the project.
Select the ebook you want to work with in the Ebook to Use
drop down menu.

The Name field is the name of the tag. It must correspond
exactly with what you put into your ebook tag. In the example
above, in my ebook I have a tag called http://qqqwowqqq. That
equates to the tag name wow.

The Default URL is a POWERFUL tool. That is YOUR default
affiliate link. That way if somebody who is branding this ebook
doesn’t sign up for this program, or leaves it blank, then YOUR
affiliate link will automatically show.
                                                              Page | 9
The Affiliate Signup URL is the place where your customer will
go to sign up for the affiliate program.

After you’ve added all the correct information for the first tag,
click on the Add New Tag to enter the next one. When you’re
done, click on the Save Project button.

3.4. Project Manager

This is simply the place where you control the various projects
that you’ve added.

From here you can preview, edit or delete a project. The Edit
and Delete functions are self explanatory, but the preview
feature might take a little more explaining.

This is basically what your customers will see when you send
them to brand their ebook.

                                                             Page | 10
At the top you see the code that you can cut and paste to put it
into your success page when someone goes to brand your
ebook. OR if you don’t want to build your own web page, just
give them the URL within the code and they’ll be able to brand
the book directly.

In order to do that, they would click on the link under “Affiliate
System”, which will take them to the sign up link you entered in
the last step. When they get their affiliate link, they would enter
that into the field to the right. (without the http://)

When they have entered that information, they click on the
download link, and they can download the finished ebook.
