On Friday 8th April 2011 NVA Golf Events hosted its first of two golf events of 2011 at
the Ramside Hall Hotel and Golf Resort, County Durham, to helping to raise much
needed funds for the National Victims’ Association.

The weather was fantastic, the course was in great condition and the golf was

Our first event of the year was a singles competition, were the idea for this event was to
attract new people to the NVA concept and to let them know what we are about and to
offer them other great offers that NVA and NVA golf Events has to offer.

The Event was won by:
Peter Anderson of APA Services who has supported NVA for a number of years with a
nett score of 67, in 2nd place was Phil Gilmore who shot a nett 69 and in 3rd place was
Gary Mather with a nett 70.

The plan was to introduce NVA Golf Events to the masses and to attract them to future
events we have planned.
Our next plan for the golf is to have the NVA Golf Society, were we will have a monthly
get together and play different courses once a month, which we also hope will attract
new members and raise much needed funds plus will make people aware of our main
golf event of the year which will also be held at the Ramside Hall Hotel and Golf Resort,
County Durham on Friday 9th September 2011.

This Event is a team event of 4 players, playing ¾ Handicap Stableford golf were the
best three scores count. for this great event we charge a fee of £300 per team for which
you get the following:
