         The minimum amount is $5,000. The maximum amount for any single award is $10,000. Projects
         that benefit more than one area in any county can qualify for amounts up to $15,000.Only
         projects benefitting multiple counties will be considered for grant amounts greater than
         $15,000.00. If the applicant is requesting more than $15,000 they must contact the
         Cawaco RC&D Grant Administrator at (205) 264-8465 to request a$20K Pre-
         Application Form 30 days prior to the September 30 deadline. A detailed explanation of
         how the funds will be used must be provided in Section C of this funding request.

Section B: Project Narrative
The project narrative section must complete but should not exceed two (2) pages in total length, and must
include the following three sections, B1 through B3:
B1.      Educational Objective(s): Funding for this project will be coming from the “Alabama
         Educational Trust Fund.” Therefore, the project must have one or more clearly defined
         educational objective(s) (i.e., a description of what you are trying to teach people). What is the
         educational objective of this project, what goals do you hope to accomplish with the project how
         will you measure your sucess, and who is the intended audience that you are trying to reach?

         a. Educational Activities: Describe the educational activities that will be carried out
            through this project to accomplish the objective(s) explained above in Section B1

         b. AARC&DC Mission: Explain the community benefit of the project and how the
            project is consistent with the mission of the AARC&DC program, which is to "help
            people protect and develop their economic, natural, and social resources in ways that
