1030 Module 2 – Risk Assessment and Selecting a Strategy
     Identifying how and when coffee trading organizations through a three step
     risk assessment:

       1. Position Analysis
       2. Breakeven Analysis
       3. Marking to Market

1400 Module 2 – Risk Assessment
     Highlighting alternatives for managing risk.
     Exercises and discussion following up on the previous section.

1700 End of Day Review and Homework Setting
     Review of the day and description of homework.

     Using physical coffee contracts to manage price risk by building upon the
