                Criteria for contracting RHCs include:
                • Supervising physicians must be credentialed UHC
                  network physicians
                • EBM protocols and systematic training of staff
                • Implementation of Electronic Health Records to
                  facilitate good documentation and communication
                  with PCP of record
                • Assessment of patient satisfaction
                • Quality improvement feedback loops through
                  national Chief Medical Officers

                • Co-pays are structured to be cheaper than
                  visiting an ER or urgent care center
                • Co-pays are not, however, cheaper than
                  visiting a PCP office
                • Online provider directories show store-
                  based health clinics in a separate category,
                  so they aren’t confused with PCPs
                • UHC obtained input from the Minnesota
                  Medical Association, plus dialogue with
                  several other national/local physician groups
