Measure Bundle Name                         Description of Measure or Bundle




                                            New building or major remodel designed from the
                                            ground up including a bundle of measures which,
                                            when integrated, capture cost or savings synergies
                                            that are greater than the sum of the package of
                                            individual measures. Measures are: LPD
Integrated Building Design-New              Package, Top Daylighting, HVAC Controls
                                            Commissioning, Low-Pressure Distribution,
                                            Premium HVAC and Glass. Applicability of
                                            Integrated Design Measure varies 20% to 70% by
                                            building type and ownership. Not usually
                                            applicable in speculative projects.




                                            Lighting power density reduction in new
                                            construction and natural replacement cases.
                                            Includes substitution of baseline equipment for
                                            new applications with more efficient equipment
                                            keeping light output levels constant. Incremental
                                            costs include only the premium for efficient
                                            equipment and do not include removal of existing
                                            equipment. A series of 12 measures (below in
                                            measure-level detail) are used as proxies for unit
                                            costs and savings. Costs and savings are
                                            incremental to code or standard practice
                                            conditions.
