                                            RESPA AND HERA/MDIA DOCUMENTATION
  REQUIRED IN ALL FULL SUBMISSION AND PRE-REGISTRATION PACKAGES:
        o      SUBMISSION FORM (page 1 of 2)
        o      RESPA FEE WORKSHEET (page 2 of 2)
        o      Acceptable Broker prepared GFE (within 3 days of app.)
                     o 2010 GFE (all apps dated 1-1-10 or after)
        o      Acceptable Settlement Service Provider List
        o      Certification of receipt of GFE and Intent to Proceed executed by Broker
        o      Early Disclosure Package including TIL Documents (HERA/MDIA)
                     o Itemization of Amount Financed
                     o Reg Z
        o      IF A CHANGED CIRCUMSTANCE EXISTS, BROKER MUST INCLUDE:
                      o    Completed Changed Circumstance Form
                      o    Documentation to support the changed circumstance (when
                      o    necessary)GFE within 3 days of changed circumstance (if necessary)
                           Amended
                      o    An acceptable Broker Prepared Settlement Service Providers
                      o    WorksheetTIL document if APR change > .125%
                           Amended
 The GFE MUST BE ACCURATE and include ALL FEES for the transaction regardless of who is paying the fees. The broker and lender are bound by these terms
 and they cannot be changed unless they qualify for a “Changed Circumstance”. THE BROKER AND LENDER COMPENSATION CANNOT CHANGE from the
 initial GFE issued by the broker regardless of whether there is a qualifying changed circumstance. Therefore it is imperative that your initial GFE is completed
 properly (located on page 2, line item #1, under Your Adjusted Origination Charges – THIS CANNOT CHANGE). This line includes all Broker and Lender income
 including but not limited to YSP, Origination Fees, Processing Fee, Mortgage Broker Fee, Underwriting, Messenger, Verification Fees, Doc Prep, Administration,
 etc. (anything that will be paid to the broker and all lender fees). Any errors or omissions on the broker issued GFE will result in a Broker RESPA credit to borrower
 at closing.
 All of the above information must be received at submission to be considered a complete package. Incomplete packages will not be considered a complete loan
 submission and will not be advanced to underwriting. Originators are responsible for providing the Initial GFE to the borrower within 3 business days of receiving
 the application. We will review the GFE to validate the information is accurate and complete. If the GFE does not meet RESPA requirements (not sent within 3
 business days) the submission will be cancelled. These errors cannot be corrected under the RESPA 2010 Guidelines. Please contact your AE PRIOR TO
 COMPLETION of GFE on loans you will be submitting to us.
