CENTRAL VIRGINIA CHAPTER (CVC) NCMA
HELPING YOU REACH YOUR GOALS!!
The CVC Scholarship program is created to assist members in good standing
with the Central Virginia Chapter (CVC) of the National Contract Management
Association (NCMA) to reach their educational goals.
All members of the Central Virginia Chapter (CVC) of the National Contract
Management Association (NCMA) are eligible to apply for a scholarship to
advance their academic and professional education or training.
About the Scholarship Program
How are Scholarships Funded? Scholarships for members of the CVC of the NCMA are
funded through revenue generated from CVC sponsored events. We encourage
maximum participation of NCMA events sponsored by the CVC. These events are
beneficial for professional growth and educational advancement and your participation
helps make it possible to support this and other programs.
Will Scholarships always be offered? Funding for this program is available to the extent
of participation in prior CVC events and the resulting revenue generated. Each year the
elected members of the chapter will determine the amount of funds, if any, that will be
made available for the CVC Scholarship Program. Notification will generally be made
during the October time frame and will include a maximum number of scholarships and
amount that may be available for the upcoming year. The quantity and amount of
scholarships available during subsequent CVC program years will be reassessed each
Who can apply?: To qualify, you must be a member in good standing of the Central
