                                           Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)
                                                    training for new members.
                                        The CERT team, comprised of community members, is
                                            trained to provide assistance to their families,
                                                neighbors, and the community during a
                                                           disastrous event.
                                        CERT members receive 20 hours of training on disaster
      Dates/Times:                      preparedness, light fire suppression, basic medical aid,
      June 6, 2010 – 1:00pm – 5:00pm                light search and rescue, and
      June 7, 2010 – 6:00pm – 9:00pm                       team operations.
