On <Dates>, we will be holding our first ever bazaar dubbed as <Title> Bazaar @ <Name of Venue> at <Address>. This event will serve as a forum for selected manufacturers/retailers to showcase their products in a 2-day selling spree set amidst the village’s breathtaking landscape during summer season. As it is the our goal to establish this event as a source of a variety of high quality, creative and hard-tofind items, we are looking for exhibitors/sellers who would enjoy the opportunity of being able to proffer their most special products to the buying public in a fabulous way! The <Title> Bazaar will be supported by its organizers via an extensive promotional campaign consisting of radio/tv plugs, print ads, flyer distribution and event streamers in strategic locations in the city. An early bird discount of 10% will be given to those who will reserve and pay for their booths not later than <Date>. Attached is the Event Information Sheet for your ready reference.
