					Wiredset Job Description: Head of Business Development

Role & Responsibilities:
Wiredset’s Head of Business Development will focus on client identification, new business acquisition, pitch
development/presentation, and management of ongoing client relationships, along with planning and developing
overall company sales strategy. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing all sales initiatives for the
company's products and services.

You will be a key contributor within a rapidly-growing organization, actively taking part in day-to-day strategy,
operations, and new business development. You will work closely with all company executives in a fast-paced,
always evolving environment, serving a key role in our continued growth and success.

Key areas of focus: Convergence, Television, Brands, Real-Time & Social Media

Skills/Experience Required:
    •   Preferred minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a digital marketing and/or social media
        at an agency, brand, or media organization. Entrepreneurial experience a plus
    •   Proven track record and experience with business develop, strategy, sales, and/or marketing
    •   In-depth knowledge of current digital and social media trends as well as how they map to the
        needs of a brand or media organization
    •   Superlative industry relationships within the digital community as well as with brands, media
        companies, and/or agencies
    •   Familiarity with current pop-culture/media programming, memes, etc.
    •   Must be a self-starter who combines a high level of business acumen with impressive
        organization skills
    •   Highly proficient at developing and delivering presentations
    •   Effective problem solver who can work with minimal supervision in a fast-moving company -
        entrepreneurial attitude will be critical for success
    •   Ability to thrive within a team environment as well as handle multiple tasks in a quick and effective
        manner
    •   Strong written and oral communication abilities
    •   MBA, great. Proven track record and ability grow new business, best
