  rakovoditel na Laboratorijata i Sektorot za ispituvawe na
  kvalitetot na `itata i dobito~na hrana od 1978-1995 god.;
- vo Institutot za sto~arstvo vo Skopje, pri Univerzitetot ”Sv.
  Kiril     i   Metodij”   od   1995     god.    kako   rakovoditel   na
  Laboratorijata, a od 1996 god. rakovoditel na Istra`uva~kiot
  Centar za prehranbena tehnologija i biotehnologija.

  Stokholm, [vedska, 1980 god. vo oblasta na instrumentalna

  stipendist na Amerikanskoto Ministersrvo za zemjodelie (USDA)

  Germanija, 1997 god. vo oblasta na biohemija na `itata, kako
  korisnik na stipendijata DAAD.

  za podgotovka na makrobiotska hrana;
- na Univerzitetot vo Vageningen i vo Istra`uva~kiot Institut

  metodologii na istra`uvawe;
-    na     Zemjodelskiot    univerzitet      vo   Os,    Norve{ka,   za
  vospostavuvawe na sorabotka, vo 1998 god., kako stipendist
  na Nau~niot Sovet na Norve{ka i vo 2001god., kako u~esnik na
  seminar vo oblasta na tehnologijata na dobito~na hrana;
- vo prehranbeniot institut vo Bursa, Turcija, kako u~esnik vo

- nad stotina objaveni nau~ni i stru~ni trudovi i nad 60-tina
  soop{tenija,   referirani   na   pove}e   nau~ni i  stru~ni
  me|unarodni   i doma{ni sobiri od oblasta na prehranbenata
  tehnologija i biotehnologija i ishranata.
Aplikativna dejnost:
- rakovoditel na me|unaroden proekt na Republika Makedonija od
  oblasta na ekolo{koto zemjodelie i zdavstveno ispravna hrana,
  sponzoriran od REC (Regionalniot Ekolo{ki Centar za zemjite od
  Sredna i Isto~na Evropa) so sedi{te vo Budimpe{ta, Ungarija;
- rakovoditel na nau~no-istra`uva~ki proekti (3) i sorabotnik vo
  drugi   nau~no-istra`uva~ki    proekti     (2)    finansirani       od
  Ministerstvoto za nauka na Republika Makedonija, od oblasta na
  ishranata na lu|eto i doma{nite `ivotni-nutritivna vrednost na
  doma{nite `itni kulturi i na biotehnologijata-identifikacija na
  sortite na doma{nite `itni rastenija;
-    sorabotuva   so   brojni   institucii     i   organizacii       {to
  proizveduvaat i prerabotuvaat razni vidovi `ito i hrana
  bazirana na `ito, kako vo na{ata zemja, taka i vo stranstvo;
 - pridonesuva za popularizacija na racionalnata i zdravstveno
  ispravnata ishrana kaj lu|eto i za popularizacija na nau~nata
  misla vo na{ata sredina.

- Nagrada “13-ti Noemvri“ na gradot Skopje vo oblasta na naukata
 za nau~nata kniga: “Tehnolo{kiot kvalitet na makedonskata
 p~enica-ponovi instrumentalni tehniki i metodi, me|unarodni

  Methodius” University, Skopje, at the Faculty of Technology in 1976,
- M.S. Degree in Instrumental Analysis in Chemistry and Technology in 1982, and
  Master Degree in the field of Food Quality and Safety in the frame of Frankofonie
  and International studies in the field of food quality and safety at the same
  University in Skopje,
-Ph. D. Degree from the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, at the Faculty of
  Agronomy, Department of Cereal Technology in the field of Food Technology and
  Biotechnology in 1993, in the field of wheat quality and gluten composition.
- Specialization in Instrumental Analysis in Chemistry and Biochemistry at the
  Institute of Stockholm, Sweden (1980),
Visiting scientist for research:
    - on wheat quality at Grain Marketing Research Center in Manhattan, Kansas,
USA during the academic 1985/86; as recipient of USDA scolarsheep,
    - at Cereal Research Institute in Detmold, Germany in the field of cereal
biochemistry in 1997, as recipient of DAAD scholarship;

   - At Kushi Institute in Bosston, USA, in 1992 for seminar attending in the field of
   preparation of macrobiotic food;
   - At Wageningen University and at Research Institute TNO in Zeist, Holland, in 1996 for
   adopting of new research methodologies;
   - At Agriculturel University in Ås, Norway, in 1998, for establishing collaboration financed
   by the Scientific Counsil of Norway, and as seminar participant for feed technology in
