                8.       Request to Reject Submitted Bids (Bid #09-10) for the Metra Tower Due to Bonding Issues
                         not Requested in Original Bid Request on the Advise of the Village Attorneys.

                9.       Request for Permission to Purchase Firehouse Software Enabling our Fire Department to
                         Manage their Day-to-Day Operations more Efficiently in the Amount of $43,207.50. (This is
                         2009 budgeted item).
