Resolution Purchase of Property

							                                   RESOLUTION NO. 22374


                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                 CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN EAST BRAINERD AND
                 MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN FROM
                 GEORGE K. HENSHALL AND FAITH B. HENSHALL FOR
                 USE AS A PARK.




                 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized the purchase of

approximately twenty-one (21) acres, more or less, and being Tax Map No. 159 P-B-012, 1428

Jenkins Road, located in the City of Chattanooga, from George K. Henshall and Faith B.

Henshall for use as a park for an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars

($730,000.00).
