					                        Wander Inn Restaurant Catering Contract

DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking

FINAL PAYMENT
Final Payment is processed 3 days prior to event with postdated cheque or credit card

FINAL GUEST COUNT
Not subject to reduction, is due 7 days prior to event date
If you need to increase your guest count within 3 days, we will make every effort to accommodate
your request

TAXES
Wander Inn Restaurant (WI) charges 5% Federal goods and services tax on all listed services

SERVICE CHARGE
WI charges 15% Service Charge on every event.
At client’s discretion, any extra gratuity will go directly to service staff

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
All prepayments and deposits are forfeited if you cancel the event at any time.
WI will apply the entire balance of your prepayments and deposits, less $250.00, toward another
event occurring within 90 days of the original event date, subject to our availability. All costs are
subject to change.

CANCELLATION BY VENUE or ACTS OF GOD
All prepayments and deposits are forfeited if the event is cancelled by your venue or acts of god
(i.e. fire, flood, blizzard) that prevents WI from catering your event as agreed upon. WI will apply
the entire balance of your prepayments and deposits, less $250.00, toward another event occur-
ring within 90 days of the original event date, subject to our availability. All costs are subject to
change.

CANCELLATION BY WANDER INN RESTAURANT
WI reserves the right to terminate this contract for any reason. If WI terminates this contract over
30 days prior to your event date, all prepayments and deposits will be returned in full within 10
days. If WI terminates this contract within 30 days prior to your event date, all prepayments and
deposits will be returned in full within 10 days as well as an additional $250.00

DAMAGE
WI assumes no responsibility for ANY damage or loss of any merchandise, alcohol, equipment, fur-
niture, clothing or other valuables prior to, during or after the event. We will do everything possi-
ble to ensure that all your supplies, rentals and equipment are cared for and maintained in good
working order and without any damage.


I have read this contract and understand and agree to the rates and terms and conditions of
this contract. Please sign and return one copy to WI. Remember to keep a copy for your re-
cords.
