National Asset Management Group, llc is engaged in providing consulting services to residential and
institutional investors, lenders, developers and managers on a multi-state basis. As Managing Principal, I am
responsible for originating opportunities for the firm and participating in engagements on behalf of our clients.
The value added services offered include asset management, land operations and development consulting,
financial structuring, equity and debt sourcing, newco formation support, alternatives analysis, highest and best
use analysis, event horizon planning, debt renegotiation, receivership services, repositioning studies,
management reviews, joint venture structuring, surplus property clearing through market making and valuation

We have structured significant transactions between banks, builders, investors and developers. We arranged the
sale of CP Morgan land assets in Indianapolis through Chase Bank to NVR, Inc. which included nine
communities comprised of 950 single family lots. We have also arranged the sale of various communities in the

Sunesta Resort Communities, llc, Managing Principal, Chicago, IL

Sunesta Resort Communities, llc was a business platform centered on Active Adult community development of
luxury oriented fully amenitized master planned communities for consumers seeking an age-qualified active
adult lifestyle environment. Crescent Resources, llc was the joint venture partner was itself a joint venture in
between Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund V and Duke Energy Corporation. The Sunesta brand was created to
provide Crescent Resources with an Active Adult and lifestyle brand for a number of Crescent Resources’ then
25 master planned communities located throughout the Carolina’s, Georgia and Florida. In addition, Crescent
Resources owned or controlled in excess of 100,000 acres of timberland with opportunities for development of
Active Adult communities within close proximity to major markets in the Southeast including Charlotte, Raleigh
and Charleston. As Co-Managing Principal, I evaluated Crescent’s master plans, Landmar (a Crescent Resources
wholly owned subsidiary) master plans and Crescent’s forestry holdings. I designed a 2,500 unit golf course
oriented active adult community in Summerville, SC on Crescent owned property. This pre-development
community, along with an adjoining 5,000 acres, was sold to Meadwestvaco for a profit of $7,000,000 shortly
before Crescent filed for bankruptcy. Crescent Resources has since reorganized and is in operations once again.

National Vice-President of Land, Pulte Home Corp., Bloomfield Hills, MI

Pulte is the largest U.S. based NYSE company specializing in the construction of single family attached and
detached for-sale communities. Pulte operates in more than 52 markets across the United States. As the National
Vice President of Land, I was responsible for the establishment of national standardized land processes centered
on acquisition, entitlement, development and management practices for domestic homebuilding operations.

In addition, I managed a team of 11 Division Vice Presidents of Land, one from each operating Area, who served
on the National Land Council and charged with deploying land best practice processes and tools throughout the
organization. Additionally, I leveraged national HR, IS, Finance and Legal resources in the development of

In my capacity as Vice President of Land, I grew and managed a department responsible for land acquisition,
entitlement and development from site selection to development and final acceptance for all public
improvements. The Illinois Division built and sold between 1,500 and 2,000 homes a year under the Pulte and
Del Webb brands annually in 20 to 25 active communities. (4/91 – 7/04)

Director of Land Acquisition, Burnside Construction Co., Downers Grove, IL

Burnside was a family-owned home builder specializing in the construction of single family attached and
detached for-sale communities in the Chicago area. I negotiated land acquisitions, performed due diligence,
obtained zoning, subdivision, and engineering approvals for new communities. I developed over 1,000 lots with
associated amenities in five communities for home production. Burnside developed and sold 100 to 200 single
family homes annually in three to five active subdivisions. (8/88 - 3/91)

                   -       Negotiated site acquisitions and coordinated entitlements and development
                            approvals for all for-sale communities.
                   -       Contracted with consultants and subcontractors for all due diligence and land

Trans-Metro Financial was a joint venture between Fulmer Construction and Lee-Jay Development to develop,
lease, finance and sell multifamily and industrial properties in Los Angeles, San Bernadino and Riverside
Counties in Southern California. As the Managing Broker, I originated and closed lease, finance and sale
transactions for the joint venture and other clients, including the sale and leasing of to-be-built industrial
buildings and the refinancing of existing rental apartment buildings. (3/86 - 7/88)

First City was a public company developing master planned communities and rental apartments in Southern
California. I performed market evaluations for all acquisitions and joint venture opportunities.
