RE: Notary Public Complaint

Dear Michele Martin,

Pursuant to MCL 55.300 sec.40 (1) and others, I am formally requesting the Department
of State of the State of Michigan to investigate the notary of any violations and possible criminal
actions of Michigan Notary Public Scum Sukin Basturd.
I believe that the attached document “ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE” are false and
/or forged and have been unlawfully filed into a public office in the State of Michigan in
violation of Michigan laws and others.
I also believe Michigan Notary Public Scum Sukin Basturd is in fact a “robo-signer”
assisting banks and others in committing felonious acts of filing false and/or forged documents
into a public office in Michigan in violation of Michigan laws and others.
I also believe Michigan Notary Public Scum Sukin Basturd has committed Notary
Fraud and other felonious acts against myself; the State of Michigan, and possibly others; and
may be attempting to conceal her/his criminal acts by withholding her/his record book, which
would prove conclusively that Michigan Notary Public Scum Sukin Basturd has violated her/his
oath of office.
I therefore request your office to investigate the actions of Michigan Notary Public Scum
Sukin Basturd and determine a finding of fact and conclusion of law concerning the
aforementioned facts. Accordingly, if your office agrees that Michigan Notary Public Scum
Sukin Basturd has violated any of the aforementioned laws of Michigan, or others, I request the
appropriate actions be taken against Michigan Notary Public Scum Sukin Basturd and that I be
informed of all actions pursuant to Michigan Constitution Victim’s Rights Act.
I am formally notifying your office of Michigan Notary Public of Scum Sukin Basturd
possible felonious acts in accordance with 18 USC § 4.
Please order Michigan Notary Public Scum Sukin Basturd respond to this request
pursuant to MCL 55.300 sec.40 (3) and MCL 55.295 sec.35 (1)(a)(b)(c), (2)(1) and, or others.
Please order Michigan Notary Public Scum Sukin Basturd produce a copy of her/his
journal/notary public records pursuant to MCL 55.295 sec.35 (1)(a)(c), and, or others.
In closing, I would like this office to consider the fact that Michigan Notary Public Scum
Sukin Basturd’s possible criminal acts are being committed using a government issued authority;
and under color of state law to deprive me of my constitutionally protected civil rights; and are
the sole cause and relevant factors that have allowed a bank to commence an unlawful
foreclosure on my real property.
I have also attached a letter from the Secretary of State of the State of Arizona concerning
a similar matter involving an Arizona Notary Public. The letter is very succinct in its listing of
similar violations committed by an Arizona Notary Public. Also I have attached the original
complaint I filed with the Attorney General office with exhibits for your review.
        Sincerely

     BY: _____________________________
