					Instructions For Completion (Please print for reference)

The following tab contains a comprehensive list of your parts offered in the Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) Retail Marketing Program
libraries. Dealers use these parts to build the flyers, point of purchase, web and other promotional materials that reach more than 1.5 million
targeted customers each year. We need you to fill out this input spreadsheet by telling us what parts you would like to offer at a percentage off
DTNA cost discount in our featured libraries.

While we understand that not every product you have can be offered at a discount, as the accompanying informational guide explained in this
email there are three libraries that your products can be selected to be featured in outside of our general library: Express, Hot Buy, and
Discounted. These libraries rotate each 60 day promotional period.

The Express library is the one that is most often picked by dealers since it is the most turnkey solution for them. It offers a flyer and related point-
of-purchase materials that are pre-selected by DTNA Product Marketing. Approximately 25% of DTNA dealers use the Express flyer option with
no changes at all, and another 30% of locations customize only the prices but leave the product selections intact. Because our dealers rely on us
to pick only the fastest moving parts with the highest demand, it is critical that we pick products that will truly be traffic-builders. We will look for a
steep discount and high demand when making our selections for the Express library.

The Hot Buy library is named that because it promotes a strategically placed product on the front of the direct mail flyer. Business rules require it
to be a deeply discounted, fast moving product, that is also priced under $100. It is meant to be a "page turner" to entice readers to open the
cover and see what other great deals are inside the rest of the flyer.

The Discounted library also receives special attention. Along with the Express and Hot Buy products, these products are promoted in many
different ways to the dealers so that they are more likely to be selected in the flyer and all other promotional materials. Dealers often select these
products over others in the general library when they are looking for parts that they know are specific to their market or inventory, or are steady
revenue generators for them.

This worksheet also contains a space for you to indicate any New products you would like to add to our general library. Please let us know if you
have any new products that we don't have listed and we will be sure that they are available for dealer selection, even if they are not discounted.
Just fill out the information requested and we will be in touch to fill in any gaps and work out any photography needs. If you have more than five
products please contact us at DTNAProductMarketing@whmdelivers.com to determine an alternate means of data transfer.

We have also indicated space for you to let us know about any parts that you would like to promote in our new Supplier Service Special feature.
Let us know the part and we'll be in touch to talk about the details for this customized program.

Next Steps: Once all of the information has been compiled from all suppliers for the Annual Product Planning process, DTNA will follow up with
you to let you know which of your products have been selected for each promotion. If you have any questions, you can contact your Product

Step By Step Directions

1. Identify any products you would like to offer at a discount.
2. Type in a Discount, then Hot Buy (if applicable) and Express amount. The spreadsheet will automatically put in the percentage and decimal.
The discount should be a percentage off of DTNA cost.
3. Indicate whether you want this discount available for the truck channels (Freightliner, Sterling, Western Star, Detroit Diesel), bus channel
(Thomas Built Buses) or both by putting an "X" in the appropriate column, or both columns.
4. Choose the months when your promotion would be appropriate and preferable to run by placing an "X" in the monthly columns. (We do not
guarantee that we will be able to pick your product for that particular month or promotion, but it helps to know your preference.)
5. In the next section, add any new parts by inputing the product name, number, description and all of the similiar promtional information from the
previous section. (It is not required that you offer new products on discount just to add them to the library.)
6. In the next section, if you have a part that you would like to offer in conjunction with a service special, please list it as indicated and we will
contact you to discuss it further.
7. When you have completed the worksheet, save it and send it back to DTNAProductMarketing@whmdelivers.com.
You should offer a discount at each level for all products you wish to promote at a discount in the Retail Marketing Program. The highest discount should be offered for Express, then Hot Buy, then Discounted. If your product is not selected for the Express library, it may be selected for the Hot Buy or the Discounted library.
However, if you do not want a product selected for one of these libararies (or if it does not qualify) leave that field blank. A discount is considered a percentage off of DTNA cost in all columns.
