      Lead 2 person team to develop and maintain 5 web applications. The web applications are
       developed using Spring frameworks, deployed on Apache Tomcat and run on a Linux
       machine.     Provide training to subordinates on UNIX, Spring framework, Coding
       conventions, UNIT testing, UAT deployment, production deployment, Shell Scripting.
       Performed DR failover, established ssh trust between DR and production servers. Kept the
       DR and production server in sync using RSYNC tool. Automated the application processes
       on starting up of servers.

      Designed and developed an web application for the Human Resouce department to
       maintain employee timesheets and absence. I developed this application in a short period
       of 3 months. Though it’s developed in a tight time schedule, it’s implemented and used
       successfully by all employees. The application reduces 70% of the employees time to enter
       timesheet records. This application is much appreciated by the clients as well as the
       users.

       The application sends notification on missing timesheets, approvals and automatic
       escalation to director level where required. The application also provides customized MIS
       for the managers.

      Developed a revenue commission management system, which was required by the
       founder of the organisation, Hans Hufschmid.

      Integrated a third party accounting tool with one of the web application using web services.

      I visited the GlobeOp London office for a business requirement for a period of 3 weeks. I
       discussed the implementation of two new projects (web applications), with the development
       director and the founder of the organization, Hans Hufschmid, which I implemented
       successfully.

      Lead and supervised the associates with development, testing and deployment of web
       applications. Helped colleagues in UNIX, solved problems when they seek my help.
       Worked on multiple web applications under pressure, as well as supervised others.

      Provide support services for web applications. Developed, tested and deployed many
       projects. Made routine and urgent production release of the web applications.

      Conducted meetings with the clients to discuss business requirements and implement the
